GRANDE High speed composite five axis bridge gantry machining center
The GRANDE series is a large gantry machining center specifically designed by Bentley for the composite materials industry, capable of processing oversized wind turbine blades, models, and more in one go.
With the patented technology of double crossbeam and the unique structure of box in box, it has a unique advantage in processing large workpieces.
The existing large-scale equipment in the wind power field, with on-site processing strokes of up to 40m for the X-axis, 8m for the Y-axis, and 4.5m for the Z-axis, is currently in stable use.
Applicable processing materials: carbon fiber, glass fiber reinforced plastic, aramid honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb, foam, honeycomb panel, wood substitute and other composite materials.
Application areas: wind power, such as wind blades, large-scale models.
